Dark cherry red in colour. The bouquet is reminiscent of earthy fruit, redcurrants and blackberries with hints of truffles, cinnamon, mint, vanilla and pepper. The palate shows firm tannins overlaid with ripe toasty tobacco flavours leading to a long finish. A wine with great potential for ageing.
